Absolutely better than plastic
I Brought the 75ft one and found it very easy to handle when storing away etc. Yes it is just like a standard shower hose. I was a little concerned as it is a slightly smaller capacity hose than the usual plastic types that it wouldn't work with my pressure washer but, it was absolutely fine. The tap fittings that come with it are very good and fit all the standard usual fittings/taps you will already be using. An extra bonus is the small isolator located at one end that can be used to stop the water supply without having to turn the main water supply off when wanting to change what the hose is attached to. It diffinately doesn't kink at all. It does tangle a little sometimes but it very easy to untangle it. I will NEVER buy a plastic hose again. Waited all my life for a garden hose that doesn't drive me mad. This is it. 10 out of 10!

This steel hose is hardy, light, easy to use.
Lightweight, tangle free hose, good length, and should last much longer than the material/plastic ones. The hose shower head is not as robust so handle with care. Customer service excellent.

Brilliant. Does the job, doesn’t kink and stores nicely. My only concern is the tap end fitting, but time will tell.

Steel hose
The hose is very robust and wife proof as I have replaced the rubber expandable ones several times? Let’s see if she can break this one

Good quality hose with cheap irreplaceable parts
Hose was great until the freezing temperatures cracked the plastic connectors at each end.Contacted customer support and they were unable to replace or even advise what parts I needed for the damaged parts.Lasted 9 months, not worth it for such an expensive hose.

At last a great hose
This hose is fantastic , so light and glides along the ground when you pull it along , easy to store I kept it in a bucket I just loop it in on top of itself so when I pull it out it comes out easy . Best hose I have had no kinks no puncture !
