Excellent incontinence product at a very fair price. Highly recommend these diapers.
LATEST UPDATE (July 2020): I have been reading others' reviews about the tabs tearing away or the tabs ripping the plastic backing in front, or the thickness of the diapers being thinner (which doesn't sound like a bad thing to me, so long as it absorbs as well as in previous years, which I believe it does), or the cut being ''weird'' (uneven, cut jagged, too long, etc.) and I do occasionally see where the tabs are slightly lower on one side vs. the other, or the top of the diaper is cut uneven due to the plastic material being folded or wrinkled when it was cut, but these issues are of no consequence or bother for me. I do not wear these diapers to make a fashion statement or due to being a diaper-lover or adult baby or for some other fetish related to wearing diapers.I wear these for their intended purpose because I have a nerve injury from a motorcycle accident many years ago where I was fortunate to had survived. Diapers are simply underwear to me, but I do demand the best for my comfort, assurance and dollars, which is why, after having worn more brands and styles over the years than I can recall, I have chosen these diapers over the rest. If minor imperfections are a deal breaker for you, then you are welcome to pay even more money for another brand, but you would be hard pressed to find such a premium diaper for such a reasonable price (per unit) as these. Yes, there are really expensive diapers out there which may be better, many of which are designed more for the fetish market, with colors, babyish prints, added scents, etc., but that is not my thing. I am only interested in the utility of the diapers that I wear and prefer saving money where I can.If I had to be critical of these ComfiDry 24/7 diapers, I guess it would have to be with the crinkly nature of the plastic backing. It is kinda loud and noticeable, which is great if you want to attract attention to yourself (not!), but I have simply come to accept this from plastic-backed diapers (cloth-backed diapers allow odors and fluids to leak out, in my experience) and I don't give this much mind any longer. I have an active life and have more important things to concern myself with. Of course, there are ways to reduce the noise, as I have found, such as by layering with a pair of regular briefs or a vinyl adult diaper cover (for under my beach shorts and overnight when at a hotel or guest's home, just to be absolutely sure of complete dryness in the bed by morning), but this adds extra thickness and creates more heat, and thus more moisture and a greater likelihood of getting a diaper rash (talcum powder helps to prevent this) between changing my diaper. By the way, I wear medium size diapers in all brands, including these, but I must agree with other reviewers about the sizing being a bit larger than most other brands of diapers.UPDATE (January 2018): I normally order two cases of Medium (each case has 72 diapers, so 144 diapers in total) every 2 months with Amazon's Auto Ship program because I normally only need two diapers a day (one in the morning, another in the early evening before bed), except on my gym days where I usually need another diaper because of the addition of sweat (plastic-backed diapers get very hot) during my workouts. So, two cases every other month is perfect for me. However, my last order was short due to Amazon only being able to ship out one case of the Medium sized diapers due to a shortage in their warehouse. This has never been an issue previously and I can only hope that they restock and ship out my other case of diapers before I run out. I used to order regularly from NorthShore Care Supply, using Auto Ship, but I like that a portion of all of my various Amazon purchases (including my diapers) goes to my Amazon Smile recipient. Plus, I get a slightly better price for a case via Amazon than from NorthShore.ORIGINAL REVIEW (July 2017): For anyone who must contend with frequent -- or occasional and unexpected -- urinary incontinence for whatever reason (I have nerve damage from a motorcycle jump that ended badly 17 years ago), you do not want to be out in public when an ''accident'' happens, unless you are wearing incontinence briefs or adult diapers. Although I can often go for short trips without needing one, the worry that I ''might drip'' is ever present. It is better to be wearing protection and not need it than to not be wearing one and need it.That said, you do not want to skimp on quality, meaning stay away from those thin, cheap brands that leak after a short while or which fall apart when wet, but, at the same time, don't fall for the belief that only the expensive premium or designer brands will do, thus glossing over less costly ones. What I look for in an adult ''diaper'' is fast wicking of moisture and a barrier between the batting material of the product and my skin, and superb absorption that really holds well without releasing like a sponge whenever I walk, sit or bend...or making a squish-squish sound with every step. It must have adjustable tabs for a custom fit and an elastic waist for comfort when I move, as well as tall leak guards to contain urine and feces (thankfully, infrequent, unless I am feeling ill) from spilling out the sides and down my legs or onto my clothing. It must be soft against my skin to not cause irritation when either wet or dry, and move with me without feeling stiff like cardboard or giving me that ''flat diaper butt'' look under my clothes. Also -- and this is not just my preference, but is based on my years of wearing most every style and brand under the sun -- it needs to be plastic-backed, as the cloth-like types always leak odor and fluid. I also look for ones with a high waist so that I can tighten my belt around the top of them to better keep in odor, especially in the rare occasion of fecal incontinence.ComfiDry 24/7 Maximum Absorption diapers meet every need and want detailed above, and I highly recommend them to others, but there are some features I wish these had, such as absorbant batting on the sides for those side sleepers. I would also like these to be quieter and more discreet, as they are quite ''crinkly'' whenever I walk, twist or bend, but that is the tradeoff for wearing plastic-backed diapers for the benefits I mentioned above. Oh, and if they could be a bit slimmer for wearing under my jeans, I would be happy.I was hesitant about writing a review for my favorite brand and style of ''adult diapers'', the ComfiDry 24/7 Maximum Absorption diapers, as some might lump every adult who wears diapers into the fetish camp, but I felt it necessary to write an honest review for others who, also, must wear these disposable garments (or who care for those who do) and who might not know what features to consider when searching online.

Great option for overnights
These are definitely great for extended wear (at home, wheelchair users, nighttime). One of the highest absorbancies I've seen and has ``room'' for those of us with bowel incontinence. The only potential drawback is that they definitely aren't very discreet, but that isn't so much a drawback as knowing its function. These are very... diaper-y diapers. They have a high rise, and are pretty thick, which makes them comfy in a way. But the times I've tried to wear them under pants have been... unsuccessful. Jeans were ready to burst! While sitting down or wearing the right clothing that's not as much of a problem though.Something interesting about the 24/7s is they actually seem to get slightly more comfortable AFTER the first wetting. Seems to loosen things ever so slightly. They hold up well to... a LOT of wettings but something I don't like (compared to, say, a northshore megamax) is that the padding does start to separate and move toward the butt compared to other diapers. Still, definitely a good part of anyone's ``arsenal'' x)

Excellent Absorbency - But Expensive
Being I have had bladder troubles since I was a toddler and now in my late 40's to early 50's these are among the best diapers I have ever worn. Way too thick for daytime and glad I have continence still though I do need to go every hour or two and when I need to go I NEED TO GO...Cannot hold it for a long time, half an hour at most. Anyhow at night I need holding power and Depends do the job but with them I have to be careful, make sure to relieve myself before bed and also if too wet not to do any guy stuff in the mornings till I get that diaper off. With these though I can go 4 or 5 times with padding to spare. These can indeed hold 12 hours worth of urinations. Even if I had not gone for over an hour before bed, when putting these on and going to sleep they hold it all. Waking up in the morning wet with a full bursting bladder I can then just let my pee out and the diaper holds it all and these are so comfortable and have nice padding all the way up my frontal area in case I spurt up. No more middle of the night emergency changes, no more feeling for my glasses to get to the bathroom because the diaper is sopping wet and about to leak.Wish they had these when I was a kid and teen and college student. Back then I wore Attends with a Pamper inserted as a booster pad at night being these extended wear diapers were not available for us weak bladdered guys. LOve these - wish I could buy these more often...But too expensive and the other cheaper brands still do the job but they take more care in managing things.

Great value
I wear these to bed every night and they can hold a lot of liquid. Best diaper I have tried so far. Not super discreet under pants they are a little thick and swell a lot when wet which I like. But I have no concern wearing them to run errands. Plastic material is thick and sturdy. Crinkle while moving isn't too loud, wearing tight underwear over them quiets them down. They don't leak out when almost full and sitting down. I just wish the tapes held up to wetness better. If I leak when sleeping and the tapes get wet the dieper undoes itself. Otherwise these are fantastic and the best price I've found. And shipping is fast. I keep reordering these.

A great choice for quality diapers
These are great. They're very absorbent, and the fit is perfect. They can hold multiple wettings, and last 8 hours or more. They're a little bigger than other brands for sizing, which is perfect for me since im on the higher end of size mediums for other brands. I have a 38" waist, so mediums on most brands are a bit snug, while larges are a bit too big. The tapes are very strong too, and theres second chace tapes in case you need them. Not as crinkly as i was expecting, and they are pretty bulky. May be a bit difficult to hide under clothing, so wear somethibg loose fitting. A great product, and good price for premium diapers. I will purchase these again
