Quality
Super light weight and quality. Just exactly what I was after. Something to use on my alcohol stove not on the fire

I makes me happier than it should.
It's a teapot. Why does it make me feel this way? It's unreasonably cute, yet bada$$! Great style. Heats fast. Holds my S2S pour over kit with a medium Isopro bottle, or a small bottle with kit and collapsible mug. Can swap the fuel for up to 8oz tin of coffee. Might be able to fit a smaller burner, but my MSR Pocket Rocket Deluxe is too big. PR2 might fit. Try it and see for yourself. Bought this kit to give to my brother. Not sure about the accessories, but the pot by itself is sold out. But the kit could be full of junk for all I care as long as I get the pot!! My only gripe is the lid just sits on top. Nothing securing it, so hold it on or it will fall off if you pour it all the way out. The lid handle is insulated, so it's not that big of an issue.

Nice Kettle With Wide Lid
I have about a half a dozen GSI products and they are all intelligently designed and durable. I especially like the wider lid on this kettle because I can fit my GSI java drip, collapsible silicon rubber cup, stove and all my other coffee making gadgets inside the kettle in one place. I canāt fit the fuel canister in also, I use the larger 220g canister, but canisters of any size are easy to stow elsewhere. The lid on this kettle is wide enough to use as a pot in a pinch unlike other kettles where the lid is so small they would be very awkward to use as pots. Also the cup and bowl that come with the kettle nest together and are vary useful if you want to go that route. Because kettles in general are wide I think they are better suited for stoves with a wider flame pattern such as the MSR Pocket Rocket Deluxe or the Soto Windmaster. The GSI anodized aluminum cookware (they call it Halulite) has been very long lasting and durable in my other GSI cookware. Iām sure GSI cookware is made in China or Thailand, but the company is based in Spokane Washington and has a very good reputation.

Almost Perfect for Couples
My wife and I have been using this kettle for backpacking since October, 2019. We share the kettle and have two identical cups (same cup that comes with the kettle - we bought an extra). We carry our own titanium, long handle spoons. The plastic spoon/spork that comes with the kit is functional, but as everyone likes to say, "those long handle titanium spoons are really good for getting to the bottom of your freeze dried camping meal." They're also exceptionally light.Weight: I included a photo showing the weight of the kettle only. (6.98 ounces) IMHO, the weight is respectable for backpacking, especially if you're sharing with a partner. However, the gram weenie in me can't help wishing that it was a little lighter. Titanium might have been a better option. This plus my preference for a different spoon is the only reason my title says "Almost Perfect." Outside of that my wife and I absolutely love this thing and now I'll tell you why. It's the perfect size. Fill your pot with water to the base of the spout and you have two perfect cups of coffee using the included cup. I love that the cup is insulated. I love that the cup has a lid. Who wants to drink from a container that's going to leave turn your hot beverage cold in just a few minutes? Who wants a container that will burn your lips when it's hot? And I love that a Brew Buddy (purchased separately) fits perfectly over the cup for those trips where we want fresh brewed, pour over coffee. If you're backpacking as a couple the kettle just happens to also be the perfect size for most Mountain House meals. Fill the pot to the base of the spout and you have just what you need to rehydrate two meals.I also love the design of the kettle lid. Obviously, it keeps heat in while your bringing your water to a boil but GSI remembered to add some silicone to the handle so that you can comfortably keep the lid pinned down on the kettle while pouring. Just hold between your thumb and index finger. Easy peasy. Finally, I love the spout. Because of it there's no reason to remove the lid while heating to check the status of your boil. When your water reaches a rolling boil you'll immediately know because stem will begin billowing out of the spout.Oh.. And did I mention that it's cute? Seriously, just look at this thing.. š We might as well maximize our fun while out there.Happy camping, everyone..

Tea
Lightweight, perfect for making a cup or two of tea or instant coffee.

Boils 16oz of water in 9 minutes with alcohol stove.
Nothing to dislike. Handle stays cool to touch, pours without dripping, lid stays sealed on cup and kettle.
