A friend accidently left a jar of this spice on her last visit. I began to play with this spice in different recipes. I found it truly amazing how it could improve almost anything I added it to. Its flavors are subtle the less you use and can add an almost Middle Eastern flare to everything you make the more you use. Everyone wants to know "what is that unique flavor?". I am primarily using it for soups but have also added to tahini, yogurts, dips and vegetables. It really does infuse all foods with a very delicious flavor. I won't be without this spice from now on.

I was introduced to the goodness of Sindyanna of Galilee products on a visit to Israel in 2019. So grateful I can order them and have it delivered to my home. Love it!

I received my two bottle package yesterday, and used it today for seasonong chicken and making the dressing for the salad of cucumbers, green onions, orange pepper and tomato. It was sublime. I've had Za'atar when visiting the Middle East, but this is even better than I remember. I will use this spice blend regularly. I also thoroughly enjoy their olive oils.

I was glad to support this women's cooperative group by making this purchase, but the expiration date for the za'atar mix (11/1/2021) is less than 45 days from my receipt (9/20/2021). Too soon for me to use even one jar ! It smells great, though! Hopefully, it will last beyond the "Best if used by " date.

I appreciate the efforts behind this and it is tasty. You might want to add a pinch of something to up the umami or salt. I'm no expert on this spice blend so please, form your own opinions. This is only the second brand I've tried. It's something I will use for cooking but there's another brand that I'll get for dipping my bread.

Love this spice blend. Fresh, subtle, balanced and supports a good cause. Adds a unique flavor to veggies, which is great when I’m being lazy about cooking.I was a little worried about having to buy two containers (not being able to use them up), but I’ve been putting this on everything and I don’t see it being a problem!

Loved the mix of spices. Very fresh flavor and smell.Not sure why thickness was included as a rating as this us a powdered dry spice.I WILL order this again!
