would imagine it would last longer if one remembers to wipe it down ever time.already beginning to show rust.

Had mine a year but to be honest for the last 3 months I have had to have a tea towel on it as the bottom of it has rusted so badly . Given up now and have tp buy a new one but it won't be this one , I did expect it to last longer than a year as we have a dishwasher only 2 people live here so was not used every day
