Great for Hip & back strengthening.
This has been a game changer for my back. Before each workout I do side leg raises on a mat for three sets of 20 on each side. Prior to this I used to throw my back out constantly. I tried substituting bands with ankle weights when they eventually popped, but it’s not the same. I still through my back out, twice in one month. I eventually switched back to the bands and have been back to normal with no issues since. Who would have thought such a simple use for rubber would make such a significant difference for hip and back strength? I can’t survive without it. I recommend purchasing them in bulk, because they eventually do pop.
