The carburator works fine. The mower starts on one pull and works perfectly. My kit did not seem to come with one of the gaskets (carburetor to elbow) but the old gasket was fine. I also received a full spark plug wire assembly in addition to the carburator. Bonus parts and the lack of gasket was no issue.

after two attempts to clean the gunk out of carburetor i took the easy way out and bought this. Worked likea charm. just bolt it on connect fuel line and linkage and good to go. starts easily now with no effort.

Even came with the coil. This is a great rebuild carb kit

Perfect kit to resurrect and old Toro. Now she runs fabulous again!

Installed on a Lawnboy mower that wouldn't start. The kit doesn't come with any documentation of any kind, so you'll have to either know what you're doing or find instruction elsewhere (try YouTube.) After installation, was able to get mower to start after a few pulls. Thereafter, on 1 pull.I recommend taking photos of the mower as you go, so you can know where/how to orient the new parts when you put them in. I'd also recommend changing the oil and putting fresh gas in. Just take your time. I am NOT mechanically inclined, and I was able to do it, so you can too.This kit is a great value, as it saved me from either an expensive repair or buying a new mower entirely. Would recommend to anybody with a mower that won't start. Worst case scenario: you spend a small amt of money, waste a couple hours, and maybe learn something. Best case: you save some serious cash by not having to replace a busted mower.

Installation was easy and everything worked perfectly.

I have to say I had my doubts on this whole set. Figure i would give it a shot for the price. I have to say within 30 mins I was back to running. I installed this on my Old 20 year Craftsman push mower (6.5hp) Even the fuel line is good quality. No leaks so far on the Carb.. It does have a plastic float, but if it fails. Just add your old float in it and readjust. All seams pretty well made. However, I had to heat the tube up a little to get it more straight without it crimping going into the filter. My old Ignition coil was fine, but I put this on just to test it out. It works great too. So I am leaving installed & will keep old one for backup. It'll get some heavy use for the next few months. So I'll update the review if something changes.
