How many of us are stuck inside all day, not getting any real exposure to the sun? Most of us, I’d say. I use this product daily to keep my Vit D levels up, which is so important for immune system strength. Mild flavor, easy to take, I highly recommend it.

I have worked outdoors my entire adult life and I guess that I received enough vitamin D from the sun. The last two years I’ve worked inside more and this past fall I noticed that I was feeling a bit sluggish. On the suggestion of a friend I bought this. I can’t say enough about what it has done for me. A quarter dropper full under my tongue in the morning and it’s go time!!

I have been a proponent of liquid Vit-D as the best way to absorb the nutrient for a couple of years now, and so have tried several other brands. This particular product (Nature's Life has other Vit-D products that look almost the same but are at far lower doses--for the same price) has the high dose (1,000 IU/drop) necessary for my type of Vit-D therapy at the lowest cost of all the other products I tried. Very happy with this product.

Great product and it seems to be helping me manage my RSI symptoms. Very easy to take. Just remember to keep it out of direct sunlight exposure. The nice bottle stands out against your other ordinary vitamins and it's an easy thing to bring into your morning routines.

I am taking it regularly and its good.
