Great value, a little tight for my head size, but appears to have slowed my hair loss. Customer service has been excellent. Great seller.

I purchased this particular hair growth laser cap in 2020 for two reasons: as an alternative to using a laser comb previously bought in 2010 and because the cost was much more reasonable than other laser caps on the market. Unfortunately, despite the great price and technology, the cap didn't live up to my hair growth expectations. I communicated numerous times with Illumiflow's customer service, specifically Adam and Casey, both of whom are excellent representatives for the company, demonstrating professionalism, patience and helpfulness. Adam worked diligently with me to return the product for a full refund; can't thank him enough .

My hair on top of my head near the back had begun to bald. I purchased the Laser Cap despite my initial doubt and after two months, to my surprise my hair began making a serious comeback. I now have hair that had disappeared but has returned.Charles Evans.

So far so good. Hat is too small for my huge head. Very tight fit. I get a headache each time I use it.

So you can't really call cust svc....it's just a cell phone that basically MAKES you email them because I've never once gotten a live person. Then after emailing about a potential battery issue, I received a very rude demanding email that said I must produce a receipt. I received this as a present and I am not bothering people for receipts from 6 months ago. Even if you chat on their website they just immediately tell you to email them and "they will take care of you." Obviously that doesn't happen. Very disappointed and embarrassing for this company.
