Best bike travel bag out there.
For those who don't want to read the full review, here's the summary: you get everything that the EVOC soft bag offers (high quality, functional design, lightweight, big wheels) at a great price, plus some nice extras (2 wheel protectors, drivetrain cover) that are thrown in. Also rolls up nicely for storage. A lot of pluses, and I haven't found a minus yet.Full review: I have been reluctant to buy a bike bag because of the cost. The options are actually pretty limited. I wanted a soft case because the hard cases are just too big, heavy and clunky. In the soft case category, one of the ones that have gotten good reviews is the EVOC Bike Travel Transport Bag. However, what has been holding me back from getting one are 2 things: price and wheel protection. The bag itself is somewhere between $400-$600, which just feels like a big investment. When I saw the Speed Hound Freedom Bag, I got excited and was hopeful that it would fit my needs for a much better price. I gotta say, I am extremely happy with the decision. When I opened the bag, I saw that it was rolled up, which made me feel better that I can roll it back up for storage.Putting it together: This was easier than I thought and only takes a few steps to put this thing together. Instructions were pretty clear but I'm a visual guy so I found a few youtube videos (search for "EVOC bike bag packing") and watched a few minutes of that to get the gist. It's essentially putting a few support rods into the bag so it stands up, then removing wheels, pedals, handlebar and maybe the seat. The bag: One thing I really like about this bag is that it's very similar to the EVOC soft case. There's a place for everything (inside pocket for pedals, skewers). The outside compartments for wheels were nice. I was surprised by the fact that the bag came with 2 wheel protectors (discs) that you can use to provide your wheels even more protection. This gave me even more peace of mind and something that the EVOC bag, or any other bag for that matter, do not have. The anchor points are well thoughtout (frame, seatpost, chainstays, bottom bracket, forks) and there's plenty of room inside the bag for other things. I put my pump, biking clothes, helmet, cycling shoes, bottles, spare tire and tools in there. The other bonus it comes with is the drivechain cover. It provides additional protection for the crank and rear derailleur, and keeps the grease away from everything else. I used this with a road bike but also plan to use this for my mountain bike.Moving it around: The bag has two big wheels that are very smooth and make it really easy to roll around. There are also a lot of handles all over the bag that made it easy to get in/out of the car.Last, but not least, I really like the black/red color - I know this doesn't matter but I love the look! The other thing is that when comparing it to the EVOC bag, which came in different colors, I was afraid that the bag would get dirty quickly. Those of you who travel frequently already know that the luggages checked-in through airlines get dirty fast. So having a dark color bag is perfect and the way to go.Here's what I like:High quality, lightweight, great priceBig smooth wheelsRolls up and packs away so it doesn't take up excessive spaceIncludes extras - drivetrain cover, 2 wheel coversPlenty of room to transport all of my cycling stuffWhat I don't like:Haven't found anything yet!

Exceeded Expectations!
I ordered this bag after researching much of its competitors online. It seemed to be very similar in quality and offerings compared to its competition for roughly half the price. So after all of the comparing, I decided to order this one. It arrived last week and when I removed it from its packaging, I was excited to see that the quality is top notch. I love how the zippers and wheels are heavy duty and look like they'll take a real beating over the years and keep working. I packed my TT bike into last night and it went very smoothly experiencing how there seems to be supports and straps in all of the right places along with the crank/chain cover and front bike frame cover that keeps everything clean and free from scratches as the friendly TSA employees never seem to go easy on these bags as you would hope them to. When I loaded it into the SUV the handles are placed in very strategic places to make handling the bag very easy. The reason for the 5 stars is that I can't find anything that this bag didn't meet or exceed my expectations!

Held up well for long international flight
Just back from my first (very long) international trip that included 3 connected flights with my carbon bike and happy to report no breaks, scratches, or anything noticeable - held up better than I expected. In fact, saw many at the race I went to with the same bag which was definitely comforting. The only minor annoyance is that the bike doesn't fit quite as nice as I was hoping. For example, I have a medium (56) bike and if I use the fork pads and strap the bike in, the gearing doesn't sit well on the pad provided and there is a lot of empty room towards the back of the bag. Also the wheel wells for my rims where a little too tight and I was nervous it would bend my disc brakes - which luckily it didn't. Overall thought pretty happy and won't hesitate flying with it again. If it helps I also used lots of bubble wrap around all parts of my frame and filled in empty space with packaging materials.

Not durable
I used the Speed Hound bike bag on a recent work trip. First I travelled to Australia. The bag was fairly easy to pack after watching an online video. However, once the bike was packed, it leaned to one side whenever the bag sat upright. This made rolling it a challenge as it wanted to tip over. I had to prop the bag against a wall or chair to keep it from tipping over. The lean made it really aggravating to roll the bag through the airport. My bike did make it to Australia in good shape. After repacking for the trip home, the bag still leaned to one side; probably 20 degrees. I tried adjusting the bike inside the bag, but there was no improvement in the lean. As I tightened the straps for the return trip, several of the straps pulled out from where they were sewn into the bag; the seams ripped out. This made it more difficult to secure in the bag. Again, the bike made the trip home with no damage. However, when I retrieved the bag from the carousel, there was a 4" rip in the exterior fabric. I would not buy this bag again.

Outstanding gear
Outstanding gear. Used to transport 58" Ridley to Pyrenees with 2 flight sections and O'Hare airport seamlessly. Was able to fold bag up to return home without Ridley and without bike charges ($200) that you would pay with a bike hard case, regardless of whether it contained a bike! Padding and protection is excellent, including 5 rigid vertical supports that are removable. A soft case was the best choice by far; however, I did also try out a $50 soft case that did not have any support or padding. If you spent a long time wrapping your bike and put it into a cardboard box, before the $50 case, you may get lucky, but there are a number of advantages to the Speed Hound in addition to excellent padding - these are the protected wheel pockets on the outside, gear pockets on the inside, and the multiple points of attachment of the frame to the bag. The only mod I made was to cut $1 of butyl plumbing tubing to use as spacers for front and rear stays.
