Norpro Stainless Steel Coarse Grater, 14 x 5 Inches, Silver

Very sturdy grater, just the right overall size and hole size for grating potatoes for hash browns. Mine does not have the weak attachment of grater to frame that some have reported, it's overall very solid. One minor usability complaint: I wish the end opposite the handle was turned down just a little so it would stay put better over the bowl (that's why the 4 stars for usability). I would buy it again.

Really well built, long lasting, nice and sharp good grate. When I say sharp it grates the really nice and fast for my needs until now.We used to use a zester since few years for small tasks, but always felt scared to go finish close to the blade. For ginger and garlic its time consuming to clean every time after a small task.Cleaning is a breeze now. Some how I do not feel its going to cut my fingers now. I must say this is a really big grater then I expected.Couple of things would make it a keeper like all clad items. Good closed rubber/silicone grips will make it a better gripper.when I buy certain things I generally think long lasting, because they need to be used each and every week. This is one of them, which will last a very long time.Its a short time to give a glowing reviews, but I felt good about it. Rust is the only thing I cannot confirm. We use it 3-6 times a week. Will have to wait and see after a year or so.

I grew up and wore out many similar graters of this size which we called medium. Reluctant to buy this because of its larger size I put off buying one for years buying a host of other brands that were horrible.This thing is Great! Works perfectly, sharp but not like a micro plane that will cut you, completely fast andefficient and is all stainless so it cleans easily.

Heavy duty 18/10 stainless steel with a sharp and wide grating surface. Grating my block cheese with this everyday is a pleasure compared to the POS I used before. It washes and dries so easily I don't even put it in the dishwasher. Highly recommended.

I have been looking for this product for a long time! It’s perfect for shredding cheese with superfast cleanup time. It is darn near rustproof and the construction is very robust. Finally - the flat design makes it easy to store or hang.
