I bought these to put on the metal rails of a home hospital bed to keep elbows and feet from getting caught between the rails. This is a very durable, heavy, strap and works perfectly for my needs. I can see where it would also work great on my son's wheelchair to put behind his calves to keep his legs in place. I am so glad I bought this versatile item.

It's the best safety belt to fit my mother. She is chair dependent and has no back muscle strength to hold herself upright. This keeps her from falling out of her chair. I recommend it. The fabric is cool and strong. My mother is very thin now. Larger framed people might need longer belts.

After a while it stretches out and then the Velcro doesn’t match up.

While the product is nice, it is SO SHORT. I am 138 pounds and it did not wrap around me enough to safely secure me in my wheelchair. I had to return it.

This helped me a lot with positioning. I need more lateral support than I’m getting with my current chair. I now have two of these. One for my legs, and one for my torso. Soon I’ll need a new chair, but this will keep me going in the mean time.

What I expected and durable.

This belt is so small it won't go around the chair or the waist.

It was purchased to keep the patient from sliding down in her wheelchair. Although it's well made, it wasn't able to keep her upright.
