Expensive
My dogs do like this! But as I have five dogs I would have to use a pack a day - £13? Too expensive. It’s a bit of a faf to make as well as you have to wait 10 mins or so after you have poured the water on! Maybe if it came in individual portions and was less expensive I would look again!

Great way to increase palatability of otherwise boring dry food
My 2 small dogs get this twice a day mixed in to their wet food. They both seem to love it and it has helped to increase the palatability of their normal dry food (they are on prescription diets). The only downside is the time it takes to prepare - 10-15mins for it to fully rehydrate, so best to prepare the night before and put in the fridge if you're short on time in the mornings. The box states use hot water to re-hydrate and for the first couple of weeks I used hot water from the tap - however, I have found boiled water straight from the kettle works much better!

Great for sensitive tummies
I have a German shepherd with the most sensitive tummy and this was amazing and he didn’t get upset at all. Drawback is the quantity vs price. It made 5 meals, so for a month that would be some serious cash in comparison to his James well beloved dry food £25 15kg a month. Helpful as a short term boost but I could never foresee us using it longterm.

weight
my two yorkies love this food but they are putting on too much weight so must stop and start which is not good for their sensitive tummies also it is too expensive.

The best
I subscribe directly to the manufacturer for my two dogs. It is expensive but it is premium, quality and palatability and infinitely better than kibble. The health you get out is from the food you put in. My dogs won't eat raw and I couldn't cope with the prep for that either - so this is a good option. Occasional beef heart and rice for a treat - they are loving it.
