I've been taking this for the last 10 yrs. I have diverticulosis and polyps so I have relied on this product to give me the much of the greens that I otherwise might not be able to tolerate in their natural form. Taken regularly I have eliminated bouts of constipation, gas and sluggish peristalsis (motility in intestines). Started with Supreme greens and went to Ultimate greens when I no longer could get the former. It makes that big of a difference in my overall health and wouldn't be without it. . Now several of my family members buying it and are impressed with the results and I tell anyone willing to listen what a difference it makes in my overall health.

Daily Greens did not work for me. I stayed with the product for four days. Daily Greens gave me a stomach ache, so I never felt good while taking it.

This product was recommended to me following a torn meniscus resulting in two scopes to repair it. Working on my feet in a hospital setting for 12 hour shifts left me at times nearly crippled at the end of the day and unable to sleep due to pain. The only change I made to my lifestyle was Ultimate Greens. Over a period of time I began to realize I was't in pain anymore. Thank God for them.

I read all about how the contents of Ultimate Greens are supposed to alkalize your body and give you an energy boost. I didn't feel any different. I took it as directed for a month. I'll try one other supplier and see what happens. I remain optimistic as success only comes by expecting success.

The product was satifactory for the money . No more or no less than what I expected However, I might not try the product again nor recommend it .

I have bought this in the past but since it is quite expensive, I tried other brands and the results are not as fast as this one. I will continue to purchase again.

Absolutely do give me the extra energy needed to push through my endless to do lists! I take the 3 capsules in the morning with my breakfast and don't even bother to do the extra 3 in the evening most the time. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a more natural approach than another awful energy drink
