MAXIMUSCLE1000 ml Water Bottle

This is 2020 ...a review is written for a product purchased in the summer of 2016 ...after 4 good years of active duty, the bottle has succumbed to the daily battles in the tough regions of Lagos, NIGERIA.Ohhhh ...what didn't the bottle put up with ...trust me ...this maximuscle bottle has grit!I want to order another one again ...perhaps this would make it to 2030.Cheers to the good life ...I'd only part with this bottle when I'm going with my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, in the rapture.NB. So sad to learn of the demise of this bottle...I wrote the review before trying to place an order ...only to discover that it is currently unavailable...so sad!

Sometimes you really do get what you pay for. Not always, but most of the time this is true. And it certainly is true for this bottle.There is only one piece of this or any drink bottle which needs to work well: the mouthpiece. The rest of the bottle is fine, but the moveable nozzle on the bottle is far too loose making it difficult to suck water out without pushing the nozzle closed with your tongue and when you do want to close the nozzle, you have press down a little extra than you expect to click it shut. If you don't, one decent squeeze and you have yourself a little mobile water fountain.It's low price is certainly indicative of its cheap construction. Do yourself a favour and spend a few extra quid on a Camelbak Better Bottle or Performance Bottle.

I recently signed up to a local gym and have been shopping around for a water bottle like this. I have shopped around a lot and could not find anything suitable on the high street. So I ended up on Amazon and saw this.Received this product within four days of placing the order, which was good. The packaging was a bit obsessive for my liking, as it arrived in a shoe box. Bit of a waste if you ask me.Anyway the product itself is fantastic. The appearance is really nice, particularly the colours. The bottle has a screw cap/lid which is easy to undo and does not come loose. The bottle has 100ml markings down the side, which is a nice feature. Most water bottles are rather small, so for the price you get the extra capacity.Overall a great product, after shopping around I found this. Slightly bigger then most water bottles, but at around the same price range. A great buy!

This bottle is only intended for single use by the classification on the bottom of the bottle, number1 It is made from cheapest BPA contaminated plastic that is cancerous to your body. The fact that this is not advertised in the description for single use only is shocking. Don't buy this product. If you are after a safe and strong bottle, try a NALGENE or similar BPA free bottle. It also leaks quite regularly...

Spent a week filling it with a mixture of water and baking soda to try to rid it of a nasty plastic aroma which tainted everything I tried to put in it. Now that I've finally succeeded it is much better, however, I too am having issues with the mouthpiece retracting far too easily. I have to pin the mouthpiece between my teeth and constantly pull the bottle away from my face just to keep it open. Add to that squeezing to make the liquid travel and it's a pretty awkward experience overall.
