Answer: Three months old till the baby starts walking would be the ideal age Question: Any issues with mold growing inside? Wondering how well it dries in between uses? Answer: I just noticed mold in mine. Ew. I've had it about a month & didn't think it would need to be emptied & refilled. I'm going to fill it with part water & part vinegar to hopefully prevent this from happening again. Question: Is the water enclosed or is it open to the air ? Answer: It is enclosed with a sealed plug. You can empty it out. Let it dry out and put in however much water you want. Question: Should a 4 yr old be jumping on the baby mat? Answer: I've walked on it, even did a few jumps (I am 5'0" 120 lbs) and my husband has too (he is 6'2" 190 lbs) no issues what so ever. It's made with seems to Be same thick THICK material as blow up pools (the good ones). Question: How much water do I need to put inside?
