This product really works. I decided to write a review after I was caught in a rainstorm. No frizziness, or shrinking up. My hair still looked great. Also, I wear clip-ins and they blend so much better now. My scalp was very itchy when I applied the application, but that was the only negative. It left my hair very soft and supple as if I deep conditioned. My hair was straightened with just one pass of the flat iron. I wish that I would have known about this product years ago.

For now, giving overall 4 stars because my hair dresser didn’t completely follow the instructions. I have partially relaxed hair and wanted to stop using the chemicals on my 3C ish hair. Experiencing breakage but didn’t want to go natural. Never tried any Keratin treatment before but watched several videos and did a lot reading on the process. Finally narrowed my picks down to 3 products; my hair dresser helped me pick Zelo. Processing: Very easy to apply(probably could have done myself), no unpleasant odor or burning.Results: Normally wash my hair once per week with Keratin APPROVED products. Have about 3 inches of new growth at the roots which are very curly/somewhat coiled, the ending length is still straight from the relaxer. After blow dry(very little shedding) and flat iron(apply a little Palmers pressing balm to help flat ironing); hair is very smooth, soft and easy to manage for about 3 days then my roots start to curl. Then have to re-touch with flat iron. Don’t freak out if you wash your hair and don’t see any major difference; this process is definitely heated activated. It’s not like a relaxer.Conclusion: Watch the videos and follow the instructions for best results. My hair dresser went straight from application to blow dry and flat iron. Leaving the Keratin in my hair for a week before washing. Instead of leaving on for the recommended amount out time, washing out the excess, then blow drying and flat ironing. I spent a week worrying about permanent crimps in my hair. (This product is Formaldehyde free). No harm was done, Keratin is healthy for your hair - so you really can’t screw it up. Supposed to last 30 shampoos, so I’m going to try it again around that time, with the hopes that my hair will last an entire week before curling at the roots.If you want more manageable hair without using chemicals, I think this product is worth a try. It’s also supposed to work on tighter curled/coiled hair too - worst case it relaxes the curl leaving your hair more manageable and in great condition even if not perfectly straight. Resistant hair to be super straight may require a different product with stronger ingredients like Formaldehyde.

Ive order this several times. It's pretty gentle on the hair. My hair is very curly, not quite sure the curl type, but it's small little springy curls, resistant and very fine. So it frizzes very easily. This product makes it bone straight and and frizz free. I do use a keratin sulfate free shampoo & conditioner to maintain it. I like the new spray nozzle for the bottle. So much easier to dispense.

I’ve been using this product for a few years. I do it once a month. It does not smell or damage my hair. It takes some of the frizz out and a little bit of the curl. I wish it worked better on my curly hair. It seems that they’ve changed their formula and it’s a long process but easy to use.

As usual, had no problems with order. Was keeping it a secret, but by now you can see I'm a regular customer. I can tell product is new by its great fragrance. My hair has grown longer since using and I asked a beauty professional for tips before starting. Quality hair tools and maintenance keep my hair straight over longer time with less breakage. Recommend this seller any time- still 5 star service.

I have used the black boxed Zelo with great results, but this one did absolutely nothing to my hair. Like seriously. Absolutely nothing. Followed the instructions to a T and nothing. I might as well have rinsed my hair out with water. I would not recommend this to anyone. My brother is friends with an employee of the woman who originally created Zelo and apparently she sold the company and the new merchandise is simply ineffective. Not making this up. Stay away from this product unless you want to throw your money down the drain.

Since pandemic haven't done keratin or IncaGlow treatments so decided to give a try. Easy to use for sure. Doesn't relax my hair as much as salon treatments do, but when I blow dry and flat iron has an incredible shine....alright to use until normalcy returns.

After receiving 3 professional Keratin treatments after moving to Florida I realized this home product is wonderful , I used it for the first time and my hair is so amazing!! Couple of tips, you should remember is..... one, do not wash your hair often and, , not good to wash your hair very often anyways it takes the oils out, if you can do that. 2.... to use non sulfate and chloride free shampoo , to extend the life of your keratin treatment my hair was not brittle or unmanageable soft and beautiful with 85% less frizz on my curly hair
