love it....actually can tell a difference in energy and mood if I miss a few days! I've been using this for about 18 months. I don't like taking a lot of pills but these are small and easy to swallow. My doctor recommended this to support my thyroid and adrenal glands. Definitely felt better after about a week.

This stuff serious saves lives. I dont actually remember the reason I started taking this stuff in the first place, all I know if that it has helped me, as long as I take it as directed, as a kind of pms stablizer. I tend to have roller coaster tendancies as the month goes along, and they used to be fairly extreme, and I noticed, as well as those around me, that after taking this for a couple months, my roller coaster didnt vary quite so widely. I also have a lot of "that time of the month pain and symptoms" and although I dont think this product is advertised for that, it really helps cut down my symptoms. For which I am truely thankful. It seems to help reduce the crampy backache misery. As much as I has toned me down from the manaic high, it has probably saved a life, thank God.

This product has helped my energy level to increase and my stamina has improved. I no longer dread having multiple errands to run in a day and I've been able to enjoy impromptu events with my children again. I take three capsules in the morning, and I definitely have to take them with food. I cannot take them after dinner or I won't be able to sleep.
