Print quality is good.

From ordering to delivery everything was great

Laser printer and large capacity toner cartridges so I don't need to worry about the printer.

Print quality has been great with these but I feel they really over judge copies per cartridge, I do not feel I get anywhere near the stated usage out of the high capacity carts. Nice that they recycle, I send them back every time I have 4.

I've had a number of printers over the years, mostly laser but some inkjet, and one thing I've learned the hard way is "compatible" ink and toner is invariably inferior in one or more ways to the original and causes various issues. I guess it's cheaper for a reason, and, in this case, most of the reason is not the name. Original ink and toner has always performed well in my printers, and better than the compatibles. So at this point, I will no longer purchase compatibles, and I'm OK with paying more for original toner. By the way, these original Canon toner cartridges print very well, and the high-capacity makes them a bit less expensive per page.

It does black stripes from the top to the bottom, tried to clean it, but it helps for only 2 - 4 copies and it comes back again, over all not bad, but I need it for Doc's so I need a clean text on clean paper

The original black toner cartridge that came with the printer, as expected, was not long for this world. This is a never ending frustration with all printer brands, someone had the bright idea, hey, let's ship all our printers with the suggestion of a cartridge so we can have them start replacing it almost instantly. It became an industry standard, like eliminating a real spare tire from the new car you just bought with a small donut thing that is just enough to get you to a garage driving at 10 miles an hour when you get that unexpected shard in the real tire. Anyway, I thought I might save a few dollars so bought a non-Canon ink replacement on Amazon. I felt like a genius, until my print quality looked like a whisper or a shadow and was almost unreadable. So just a few weeks later after light use, I needed to buy a genuine replacement cartridge. I opted for the high capacity one since it translates into a bit of a savings and the inconvenient down time of buying another cartridge. The prints are crisp and dark as they should be and I learned a lesson, at least when using Canon. I am not affiliated with Canon in any way, but whether they have programmed their chips to only recognize genuine Canon replacement toner and so only operate properly with them or not, just spend the extra money and avoid waste and frustration in the long run.

I received my toner cartridge, that was supposed to be new. When it arrived it seemed to be. However, it is now March 18th and the cartridge is empty. I have printed less than 200 pages. It is past the warranty window, so I could not return it. I had to go buy another cartridge. This was a high capacity cartridge that was supposed to be able to print over 13,000 pages, not less than 200. I will not purchase from this company again since I have no way of making it right outside of 30 day warranty window.
