I ordered the product on the left -- the picture shows hooks that are rounded, which is what I need. What arrived were hooks like those on the right (but in white), which are more "V" shaped and do not work for me.

The shape is different than what is pictured. I wanted the full round curve on the hook and it is not.The shape is cheap and restricted

If you have to use the toggle bolt on this - and you probably will - good luck! Both of mine were 'sticky' and wouldn't open up once pushed through the drywall. I had to buy separate pieces to make it work. It would have been smarter and faster to avoid this product. I do NOT recommend this.

We’ve got this three tiered basket thing that we use to hold avocados, as well as a few other random kitchen items. It had been up there for years and then one day it fell. We had put it up on the hook that was already there when we moved in and felt for sure that some mastery of engineering must’ve gone into putting this hook in the ceiling. When it fell we were a bit at a loss. Then I went on amazon.com and bought the first one I saw, this one. Turns out that feat of engineering was not as amazing as we thought it was as it’s a very simple mechanism that’s incredibly easy to install. Does a good job of holding up our baskets and our precious avocados.

What I received is not at all like the photo. They are too small and will not work for the thicker hanging baskets I have.

These were the right size and held the weight of my chandelier but they look a little bit cheap and ugly in person. I wish they were available in a simple style hook. What really matters is that it works though just wish this ornate design wasn’t all that was available- looks old fashioned.

These hooks are great, but be aware that they are not as pictured. They are smaller and more triangular. They still worked for my purposes and appear to hold weight well. Didn’t use the metal mounting equipment, the screw was enough.

Exactly what I was looking for. I went to an electrical supply house and they didn't even carry swag hooks. First thought was to look on Amazon and found this one. Great purchase that allowed me to swag my light fixture so it sits over the center of my dining room table.
