It works great to detox! Follow directions and stay home if you do decide to detox it’s never convenient to be out when your stomach might feel a little off if you know what I mean after taking the tea. Overall great price and quality. Taste is surprisingly good

This is a tea with a very good flavor but at the same time super effective if you have an irritable bowel, meaning he has trouble passing stool or something to that effect.Now I recommend that you take it at night, make sure it is rather early because otherwise you will be called by the need to use your bathroom.And watch out.....DOES NOT GO ANYWHERE., because surprises happen without prior notice....and if you. feel revolution in your gut, stay at home watch a good movie or not maybe clean your house but don't even think about taking your car and going to the supermarket because if you get stuck in traffic, you have nowhere to go and your car if you don't have good and strong deodorant it would smell too bad that you may have to change the whole carpet on it or wash it up the. whole inside of if.... so I recommend you stay at home... that's my opinion... watch out

It's work well for the digestive system imo, and someone that struggles with bowel issues, this did the job. As for a weight loss product, eat differently and in moderation. This tea I do not believe is going to help you with anything other than a bowel movement. Eat right, eat in moderation, walk a mile or two per day, and drink this around 8 pm at night before bedtime. The tea won't help you lose weight if you don't change your diet imo. -Alyssa

Cramps for sure .Takes a few hours to kick in but when it kicks in you will know it !Make sure you don’t have anything to do .Clear your schedule bc honey, it will be you and the toilet .I have a love and hate relationship with this teait taste great, you don’t need to mix anything with it but it will have your stomach turning and you will feel cramps but after its all said and done , you will feel good and cleansed .Great detox

If you have problems going to the bathroom I recommend it, I take it at night and the next day it works very well and tastes delicious

Tastes amazing and helps you stay regular with your bowel movements! The weight loss is most likely from keeping the colon clean which makes your whole system more efficient!

I was reading some of the reviews before I ordered this tea. I start using this tea on Monday night 3/28/22I wanna say around 10:30 that morning on 3/29/22 I made my first poop. After I had lunch @2:30 I was at it again. I must say it flushed me out. I drink plenty of water through out the day. No pain no gain for me. I give this tea all five starsI will be purchasing more of this tea.No cramps for me but please if you feel a fart coming go to the toilet🤣🤣🤣
