Ginseng Complex – Panax – Siberian – American – Tienchi - Zero Additives (120 Capsule Pouch)

As a middle aged man I bought this as an alternative to some of the other ginseng products I've tried on Amazon, for general energy. It's a blend of different kinds of ginseng, and so far it seems to work. It gives you the option of taking 1-4 a day, and I tend to take the higher dosage. I combine it in a stack with Zinc / Magnesium, Vitamin B6/12 and 5-htp, and that does the job for me.Importantly there have been no side effects, sometimes these mixtures do cause digestive problems, but that doesn't seem to be the case here.

A capsule had been broken and it's contents were all over the inside of the bag and rest of capsules. Not nice

I got these to give me energy 1 month later I feel no different after a month, what more waste of money I keep making my wallet cry.
