I love this Whole Body Defense from Gaia Herbs. I've used it faithfully for the past ten years or more. Any time I felt something coming on, I'd pop one of these once or twice a day, and the sore throat or stuffy nose would be gone by the next day. However, as of lately I cannot find this product anywhere, not even on Gaia's website. There is some other Quick defense supplement available, but no Whole Body Defense, and they're not the same thing at all, the ingredients are different. I sure hope Gaia decides to release more of this product soon.(Hint, hint, Gaia!!}

My go to when I start feeling like I have a cold. Take them as directed when you first starting feeling symptoms along with 2-4 grams of buffered vit C powder and you should be able to ward off any cold if you catch it early. If not, they will help you shorten the duration of your symptoms. I first found these at wholefoods, affectionally known as whole paycheck, so I looked for them on Amazon and was pleased to find such better deals.

It's flu season. Nearly everyone I know has been sick this winter. I've been using this product since early December, and I haven't been sick yet! Not even a minor cold. Sinuses are clear, lungs are clear, energy level is good. I naturally do not have the best immune system on the planet and am always looking for good remedies to boost my immunity. I'm very happy with this product! Highly recommended!

This product is in a glass bottle. Amazon shoved it into a padded envelop. It arrived smashed into a million little glass pieces. Amazon did return my money even though sold by 3rd party. I love the product, but now have to buy it elsewhere due to Amazon's poor shipping practices.
