Packs a punch! New staff favorite
I work in a high volume restaurant as a server, so I need caffeine like I need air. I like to hunt for new products and bring them into work for the staff to try out on our busy nights, coffee is a staff favorite.I purchased this one last week preparing for lent season (we are a fish fry pub) and I am so glad I did! This coffee is beyond amazing! I made a pot last night for the staff around 4pm (do not recommend unless you are used to doing this!) and we were all still going well past midnight. It gave us the added boost we needed to be able to handle two dining rooms, a full bar, online orders, phone orders, pickup orders, and door dash orders while being bare bones staffed. I'm not sure we would've been able to do it without the extra caffeine boost this coffee gave. We've tried other "#1 most caffeinated coffee(s) on the market" and they really do not compare to SIN. It makes me excited to see what we'll be able to do at full capacity with the help of a full staff and SIN.So far it's the #1 favorite out of all the other brands we've tried. The taste is great, it's not overly roasted like some brands. A lot of the staff drink it black, I prefer a couple of splenda and it's good to go. It also has a great smell when brewing and a nice color. Only con for me is that it doesn't come in any flavors but not a deal breaker, I'm here for the caffeine. The price is great too since you only need a small amount to make a pot, 2tbsp/16oz. So if you compare one bag of SIN to the amount you would spend on energy drinks or energy shots, you would be saving money with SIN and getting more caffeine out of it.Overall my staff and I give SIN coffee 10/10!Highly recommend to all those in the hospitality industry, medical field, college students, truck drivers, 3rd shift workers, new parents, or anyone who needs an extreme amount of caffeine to function and get through the day.*** I would like to put out a warning that this coffee may not be for those with anxiety or those who are not serious coffee drinkers. The caffeine content is EXTREMELY HIGH (928Mg/16oz). So if you are not used to consuming that much caffeine I do NOT recommend this coffee. This is a serious amount of caffeine.***

Nearly perfect
My initial thoughts after you I received my SIN performance coffee today. I'll get my "complaints" out of the way first. My first gripe is that this product is marked as coffee and not espresso. The grind is very fine and works wonderfully in my espresso machine, however it does not work as well as I'd like in my reusable Keurig pod. My second gripe is that the bag is not resealable. Other than those two gripes, I have nothing but good things to say about SIN performance coffee. It smells wonderful and has a very smooth, sweet taste and is not very acidic in flavor. This may be a con for some but I don't particularly like overly acidic coffee. I've brewed three cups so far, 1 through my espresso machine and 2 with my Keurig using the reusable pod. The espresso machine produced the best results hands down. However, the Keurig produced quality results as well. I would recommend only filling the reusable pod about 2/3 of the way full and avoid packing the coffee tightly as I experienced a "blowout" when I packed the coffee to tightly the first time around. I read other reviews stating that its impossible to get good results with the Keurig, that was not my experience. With a reusable pod filled 2/3 of the way without tamping the coffee grounds, I yielded a standard amount of thick rich coffee without any problems. I also read others stating difficulties cleaning their reusable pod when using this product, again I did not share this experience. I was able to clean my pod in the same amount of time as I would using courser ground coffee. As to the caffeine jolt? I'm pretty inoculated to caffeine and as an overnight worker consume more than I probably should on a daily basis, but I can say that one cup woke me up better than one cup of tradition coffee, I would say that SIN performance is slightly above par with death wish as for caffeine content. All in all I'm very happy with my purchase and will be purchasing again.

When will the shaking stop?
Allow me to preface this with: I don't really like coffee. I love the smell, the story, the growing, etc, but coffee itself is just a convenient source of caffeine when mixed with heavy cream, gets me some calories in the morning when I just can't handle food (most days).I use an Aeropress because I find the little bit of ritual in the morning helps wake me up. I usually drink 2 cups of "strong" coffee and then finish off with a lighter coffee (think boutique). Until last week, that was Deathwish at the start of my day. Anyway, I saw this Sin coffee and decided to change it up and see what it's about (it's also slightly cheaper). So I make my standard aeropress coffee with a standard scoop (leveled, not rounded). That's 2.5 tablespoons of grounds, btw. And then I drink that and make my second cup. That's 5 tablespoons of coffee, for those keeping count. Which, now that I read the label, is over 2000mg of caffeine, plus one more cup of "normal" coffee.Jitters do not begin to describe the reaction. I haven't slept in 4 days and have been wondering why, and finally it hit me: maybe I"m just high as heck on caffeine.Flavor: god, if Sin tastes like this, I might have to go to church on Sunday. WIth enough heavy cream, it becomes okay, but black it's.. not to my tastes, but as discussed I don't like coffee anyway. This is just more of it, blacker, deeper and darker. I didn't buy this for the flavor, so no complaints.I might have to tone this back to just a single press in the morning and switch to water.. I miss sleeping at night.
