The ProBand BandIT XM features a unique, non-constrictive design consisting of two soft-plastic plates curved to the shape of the forearm. The plates have soft cushioned neoprene on the insides and these rest against one’s skin. The two plates are held together by a single piece of hook and loop strap which is attached with a metal rivet. It stimulates the body’s natural healing process by increasing blood flow and oxygen, by reducing inflammation and muscle spasm and by producing a subtle warmth at the painful site. I like these quite a bit, but they do slip on your arm when you sweat. Most brands do.

The gold standard in tennis elbow relief
Several years ago my doctor recommended this brand and said it's the gold standard. I have tried other types - don't bother! There is also a white version without magnets. I get the black one not for the magnets, but because I wear a lot of black so this "goes" better. This band supports not just my tennis elbow but keeps the pain from going down to my wrist and up to my shoulder. If you are bothered by tennis elbow and have not found relief thru your doctor or physical therapy,, you have to have this! It will eventually break, usually because you ran into something, but sometimes for no apparent reason, so I keep a spare so I don't have to go without until a new one arrives. I cannot find these in stores. Be prepared for people to ask you what it is often and some people's eyes will light up at the thought of getting some relief.

Good compression; Unsure of Magnetic benefit
I had used the non-magnetic version of this early and had good results. This one fits essentially the same, but it's unknown whether the magnetic feature will actually benefit -- it hasn't yet. For this one and the other BandIT product I have, it's not very easy to slide the underside piece to adjust the fit around the arm, but once that's done, it fits very snugly.

Works but plastic piece broke after 10 days
Today is Dec 29th we received it on Dec 19th. My husband said it has helped relieve some pain and has worn it every day however the plastic part that the strap goes over broke.

This was the support brace recommended by my chiropractor
This was the support brace recommended by my chiropractor. While it does feel that it provides some support to the painful tendons in my forearm, it also gets in the way at times. Since I'm wearing it on my dominant arm, I'm using that arm and bending my elbow frequently. The brace is a bit uncomfortable in that position. When I try to loosen it, then it doesn't give the support I need. I'm still using it off-and-on. I'd say that it's helpful, but not perfect.

A bit expensive but....
I think this is priced a fraction too high, however it really did look for my golfers elbow. Although I see that since I purchased the product the price has been reduced.
