Comes with 4 velcro dividers, but I end up not using them because I would constantly have to readjust them. I have them full, so they are very stable. If they were only partially full they might flop around a bit. Perfect size for any of my discs, well made, zippers move easily and the end pockets hold a few valuables. Really helped me consolidate all my extra discs.

Rigid insert isn't very rigid.
It arrived folded up and smashed down to fit inside a box the size of the discs, giving a permanent S curve to the "rigid insert" that gives the bag its shape and supports your discs.But even so, the "rigid insert" itself isn't very rigid. If the bag isn't completely full of discs, it will collapse in on itself if you pick it up by the strap just like any other soft gym bag. The 4 dividers do little help it keep its shape.When packed full and zipped up, it is quite sturdy. Partially full or unzipped and it's a wet noodle. I'd only recommend it for storing discs. Definitely not for carrying on a course.
