Withstands the activities
This is a great price for what you are getting. Built to withstand the rigorous workout activities. I would recommend to anyone. The only reason I did not give it a 5 is the chain is a little short for my liking, but went to Lowes and added another foot and does eveything I want it to do and more, and is very comfortable on the back. I hope this helps everyone.

Chain is very short.
I'm 5'6" and have 30" waist and chain is barely long enough to put plate at comfortable height. Other than that it is well made.
