The Best
I admit I am a bit of a coffee snob. I like my coffee freshly ground, french press, and great beans. So when Seattle had a coffee festival, I was thrilled. I tried the best of several vendors and came upon Zoka. Simply put, this is the best cup of coffee I have ever had. No trace of bitterness, smooth but flavorful. I highly recommend it!

old coffee
I have ordered this product in the past and I just opened the bag. This batch of coffee is horrid. No crema and bad flavor. I want to send it back, but there is no return on this product. This is coffee that was sitting around for a very long time before it was sent to me. I am very disappointed.

Great beans, buy them somewhere else.
Superb beans, I definitely recommend them.Update: Zoka Paladino is still great. I However have to remove stars because the last few times I've ordered this from Amazon it has been old stock this last time the bag was punctured and thus the coffee was no longer vacuum sealed. Amazon was good about a refund, but I suggest getting this product elsewhere.

May be the best coffee I've had!
The bean itself has a nice caramel color and isn't to oily. The grinder I use doesn't work all too well with oily beans so this coffee was just right. The taste was smooth and caramelly and not bitter what so ever. The coffee was fresh and produced a nice medium colored cream when making espresso not to mention the best cappuccinos ever. I will continue to buy but it was on back order last time I ordered so I ha to wait two weeks for it to arrive. Overall I would definitely recommend this coffee.

Great coffee but the stock is OLD
I have been using this coffee for 3 years but the stock being shipped to customers is very old (60 day plus)This coffee is my favorite but only when its fresh and not 2+ months old

alright
this coffee was used with my espresso machine, it performed alright though it is on the weak side, i wasn't able to get good crema from it, the coffee lacks body, could be i handled it wrong.

Different but good.
The first few sips I didn't like, but it quickly grew on me. It is a different taste than what I am used to. It seems more earthy. If your looking for a change from more common coffees this is worth a try.

Excellent Roast
This quickly became a favorite on deployment among the Marines I was with. It was gone within a few days. Very good roast with excellent flavor (no sugar/creamer) and an even better aroma. It is a little on the lighter side, however - which isn't an issue.
