Cat Collar, Monarch Butterflies

...even tho they lose about one a month. Collars are soft and stretchy with lots of nice designs. We wanted collars without metal rings for tags and we don't trust the breakaway feature of other collars--we can't even pull them apart w/ our hands. The hook-and-loop (Velcro) closure gets hairy and dirty easily and then doesn't hold, resulting in lost collars. (I don't think the cats deliberately take them off; they like to roll, and thereby catch the collar with weakened closure on twigs, etc.)

These are the only collar my cat will keep on. They seem like the Velcro won’t be enough to keep in place; but they really stay put. Ultra light weight and soft on my cats tender neck. Plus the have just enough stretch to pop off if caught up and hanging.

My poor cat has hated his collar for years and when I saw these in the pet store, I knew he would love wearing one. They are really, really lightweight, so my cat hardly notices that he's wearing a collar. The fastener is a type of velcro, so there is no clasp for the poor critter's fur to get caught in. And since it's velcro, I don't have to worry about him getting hung up on something and strangled by his collar. The pattern on this particular collar is beautiful, with the black and orange monarch butterfly print- it looks so nice with my orange tabby's coat.

These bands work well. They are soft, stretchy and comfortable.

Very cute and sturdy, doesn’t leave any marks or take fur away from neck. My kitty seems to prefer these over the traditional break away collars

My cats have been wearing these for years. I love that they are lightweight and the size is completely adjustable by just snipping the end with a pair of scissors. They are also stretchy enough that they will slip off if they get caught on some thing, so they won’t hang and choke themselves. They do get roughed up and snaggy looking after a while, but I still think they’re great because they’re very comfortable for my cats.

A Beastie band can last her 6-12 months. Or buy a few and switch them up with the seasons. We have two cats the same color. Telling them apart at a glance when they're scurrying away or eating from the wrong bowl can be hard. The decorative band allows immediate recognition.
