I like using these to wake myself up instead of downing unhealthy amounts of caffeine in the evening to remedy any sort of sleepy, foggy brain the might creep up after a long day. It’s simple but effective most of the time. My only complaint if I had to nitpick would be these things are kind of pricey, but they’re more of an emergency wake-up slap rather than a daily use thing.
