I've been taking this product for one year more or less, and I cannot say that I have realized any health benefit from taking it. Once my current supply is exhausted, I will not be ordering it again.

I like "Vital Red Astaxanthin
It is a fish oil product, that is claimed to have the benefits as regular fish oil + some others. I have taken this for years.
