This lamp works well. Cures gel polish in 30-60 seconds (it still feels gooey on the surface, but once you wipe it with rubbing alcohol, it is perfectly dry). The opening is large enough for your whole hand to go in without damaging your manicure and the lights surround all of your nails so they all cure evenly. One shortfall is that it doesn't remember the timer setting you chose, so you have to press the button every time if you want it to shut off after a specific time. If you don't press a timer button, it will turn on automatically when you put your hand in and turn off when you take it out. It stays on for 2 minutes if you just leave your hand in without pressing a timer button.

The lamp itself is good but the cord didn’t last long! It literally didn’t work from the second day of use! I thought it was the lamp but when I used a different cord the lamp worked!

This Lamp was way more than I hoped for. Big enough for both my hands, 10, 30, 60 second settings and works like a charm. Best purchase ever. 5 on 5 and highly recommended

I purposely bought a more expensive brand of gel from Shopper's Drug Mart as I had a cheap shallac issue from an Amazon product a while back that rotted my nails. I figured I'd try gel now. The instructions for the base coat, white nail gel and top coat all say cure for 30 seconds each however I had to cure for 90 seconds each hence the 4/5 stars. I'm ok with that as other reviews show longer cure times such as 10 minutes or so. Tip: Make sure when you cure your last coat, wipe with rubbing alcohol to remove stickiness. (This will not ruin your gel at all). This is recommended in the gel instructions. Also, my gel did not come out bumpy as some people complain about (you can see in my picture). All in all I recommend this uv gel light for curing. The 30 seconds may work for different gel or for different people. I'm ok waiting 90 seconds.

I got this lamp so I could do my own gel nail polish at home, and it works great! I love it so much and it was great quality for the price.

I was looking forward to using this lamp, it's wide enough to be great for pedis. The timer works just fine, the actual lights don't come on at all! Will be returning.

I'm replacing my original lamp with this one, was so happy with it's strength of LED, and the smart power cord being a separate entity to plug into the machine (this is how my last one failed, broken wires at the source).
