Ha, well now you know.
works extremly well for my style of ''organization'' which is just controlled chaos. The main compartment is held up using a lining of magents and rolls then straps down with metal hooks which are a bit troublesome but worth the effort if you can understand that if it were a zipper that the zipper would fail way before any of the 1000D fabric codera ever would. Which brings me to the material choice, its outstanding in functionality in terms of durability n look, this material if you dont know is nylon, and almost same density or ply used in flak jacket material. In other words its practically military grade, you goin through this puppy atleast not for a while. Dont think as the price as a one time thing but as an investment, this is the only bag i may need for years to come, besides considering there duffle bag. Back to the controlled chaos and what i mean by that with this bag, in other words, the main compartment is just a big durable sack to throw in just a bunch stuff not wasting any space, just the way i like it, made of rip stop nylon which if you didnt know, stops tears from further compromising the bag as a whole. This comes in handy from preventing further leakage of anything spills in the bag, this is bye bye for any of the stuff exposed to the liquide in the bag, which you have to be cautious about either way with any bag, but since it prevents leakage, it decreases overall mess. Harness works very well, only gripe is that if you athletic build and overall smallee circumfrence, the harness with rub your neck and could cause mild rash on neck, but easily fixed with tucking ur shirt material already on u and bring it up slighty. Either way i got used to it. The company has found a neiche.

Great bag.
Initially I was hesitant given the purchase price, but after pulling the trigger, I am glad I did. I commute as much as I can on my Monster, and have a few bags I have run through. The ogio no drag was a nice bag, but the design was impractical. My 5.11 all hazards prim bag is awesome, but never felt 100% right when riding. The Velomachhi on the other hand is amazing on the bike. The craftsmanship is without flaw, every stitch is done well and it feels super durable. Material is stiff, but still flexible enough to accommodate items. Internal dividers in the front pocket are well laid out, I am not a huge fan of the closures for that front pocket, they look cool but are not the best option in my opinion. The main compartment is large with smaller zipper compartments on the front and side. The front zipper compartment easily fits my 13 inch laptop (macbook air for size reference).Typically speaking I keep gym stuff (shoes, towel, toiletries bag, shirt/shorts), my laptop, pad folio, pens pencils etc, water bottle, and some general bike tools in the bag and it all fits with room to spare. My only gripe is I would love to see them include standard straps along with the harness it comes with, they could be swapped out based on personal preference. I would like to use them on my mon-fri commute so I don't look like a spaceman with a jet pack if I head out to a site or visit a client.Great bag, I would absolutely recommend this bag to anyone who goes for a distance ride on the weekend, does adv riding or needs a bag for the m-fri commute and does not want to add saddle bags to their bike.

Great looking product with frustrating hooks and toggles.
I have learned to love this bag even though it does have a bit of a learning curve. I don’t know why the product designers thought hooks (for the largest pocket) and toggles (for the smallest pocket) were better than clips and zippers but they were incredibly misguided. When I first got the bag the hooks for the big pocket were hard to fasten because the hole that they hook into hadn’t stretched out. Now almost two months later they have gotten much easier but clips or a ziptop would have been SO MUCH BETTER!The toggle system for the smallest pocket is still difficult and dumb as hell.I kept the bag despite the frustration because it can hold a ton, distributes the weight well, and the chest harness makes me look/feel like a super hero. Great motorcycle bag.I would love it if the makers of the bag came out with a modification system where we could switch out these dumb hooks and toggles for something that is actually user friendly.

Very good but not perfect
Love it. A few downsides though...1. The material is very stiff and doesn’t hold as much as you would think.2. The clips that hold the roll top down, unhook quite often.3. Have ridden with this pack for a few long road trips and found that the drag on this pack while riding is pretty strong. Feels like the wind pulling against the bag is going to rip you off the bike.Other than that, the craftsmanship and quality of this bag is top notch. Many people ask about the bag, as they haven’t seen anything like it.

Heavy duty backpack
This is a really robust rugged backpack. I was first considering 25L bag but after reading comments for people saying bag looked too small I have decided to go for the 40L bag and I am glad I did. With this bag doing daily errands or going away for the weekend all in one package. Bag does not look too big on my back and I am only 5 8" tall. Definitely waterproof back it looks like. I bought the bag because of its looks and quality. I am pleased with it.

Chose Velomacchi after extensive research - Built to last
After 3 solid days of looking for specific qualities in a backpack, I returned to Velomacchi and bought the 40L. Very happy, and the majority of the other reviews are accurate. I promise to come back here and fully explain impressions in context.
