Lifting, prying or self defense against the undead the Silverline 915mm wrecking bar is ideal.
You wouldn't think there is much to say about a piece of steel which is nearly a meter long but I guess it depends on what you're going to use it for.The reason for my purchase was to lift a cast iron drain cover (no lifting hooks on the cover) in the garden due to a blockage, the crow/wrecking bar did the trick. Additionally it has helped to dismantle a dilapidated shed. The bar fitted in my hand easily and didn't slip. Perhaps if it were a cold day or it had been raining this may of been a different story. For your information the crow/wrecking bar arrived wrapped in a thin layer of plastic inside a cardboard box, surrounded by 20ft of thick packing paper (the type you may of seen with other Amazon parcels) . As for weight, what can you say? It's a lump of steel, tough and strong. The version I received was light blue as apposed to the one in the picture (black). Overall a product that has numerous uses, but at a good price.

Bring on the destruction
Wrecking bar is an appropriate name. If you use this one on something you will wreck it including walls !!!I used it to pull skirting boards off the wall that had been nailed and stuck with adhesive too. A little tip, get a small piece of wood or carpet so that when you lever it against the skirting board or coving you wont damage the rest of the wall like I did on my first try !!It has a nail removing section like the back of a hammer head too it's very strong and I don't think this will ever break. Perfect for DIYing and removing wooden frames, skirting boards, coving , kick boards , bath panels etc etc. Well worth the money

Sturdy bar
It's blue and doesn't stretch. Comes with a safety cap. Does the job!

Solid bit of kit.
Found this to be of real benefit while renovating a house. Excellent value. I can't see how the more expensive ones could be any better.

Excellent value for money.
I bought this to help pull down an old shed. It was perfect for the job. I have since realised that it is also ideal for removing drain covers which I had to do recently for my mother when she flushed her false teeth down the toilet (we did manage to rescue the teeth). I have kept this in an accessible place in my new shed as I expect to find more uses for it.

Great for wrecking (or more constructive purposes)
This bar is just what every "new man" or "empowered lady" should have. Even if you don't actually use it, you can show it off, to boast about just how manly or empowered you are.Apart from that, you can use it to take things apart or pry things up: dead useful for reparing knackered wooden fences.Have fun with it, just don't drop it on your toe or wallop someone on the head with it, or you'll regret it.

Great value
Got this for my husband to dismantle a built-in garden seat. Made very light work of it! Great price, shame it took a while to arrive.
