Our “ go to “ cereal. Lots of fiber, great tasting with berries and nuts.A healthy, hearty breakfast choice.

Outrageously expenisve to buy from Amazon, but ALL my local stores were out (supply chain issue I'm told) and I MUST have this cereal once a day or I can't poo! :) I know there are other fiber cereal options, but this brand has NO added sugars and I like the taste the best.

Like it for taste and calories are good. As you age fiber is necessary for your health and because this is all in “Fiber One “ it is. On my breakfast table !

This product was as I expected and is fine in all respect except price. It was grossly overpriced. I was told the factory was temporarily having problems or shut down and due to this it was more than tripled in price.

Fiber one has 1 gram of sugar and tons of fiber. Love mixing it with Cheerios and fruits and nuts for a healthy breakfast.

Been eating this Cereal for many years and missed seeing it on my Markets Shelves. Went on a Hunt. Not anywhere. But here at Amazon, I was able to get 6 Boxes for $77. I had a Credit which helped. I wont say its not expensive. Nothing seems to take its place and I tried others that were All Bran or Bran Flakes.I also used my usual cut of fruit, skim milk and still tasted like cardboard. These Boxes wont last the month. I am hoping General Mills will put this Back in Production but in the meantime, I know Amazon will carry it.

I make the muffin recipe on the back of the box. They are delicious and the high fiber is great for digestion.
