Sticks to the wall really well.
I'm not worried about this coming off any time soon. Looks nice too. It is slightly inclined toward the front holes for drainage.

These work. They hold the weight of my bath towels and look nice and tidy.
I have a tiny master bath with no towel bars. For years I/we struggled with an over-the-shower towel rack that constantly shifted and caught between the wall and door. These work. They don't move, hold my towels and look great. It is true, this item didn't come with instructions, but it's not difficult to figure out--there's a switch you turn to activate the vacuum suction. The towel rod and parts that attach to the wall is all one piece, so there is no adjustment to make. Remove the suction pad covers and place on your wall or door. I ended up sticking these towel rods to the glass door of my shower. I had to pry the suction cup just a bit to get it to release so I could make an adjustment and that wasn't hard at all. The brand name is placed prominently on the towel rod, but not a deal breaker. I am so pleased with these I'm contemplating purchasing another.
