Grizzly Fitness Cotton Lifting Straps

Are you an avid female weight lifter and notice that the guys at the gym use straps to train back or traps? Do you wonder why and sometimes experience grip fatigue? Well, don't hesitate to buy these, Ladies! They really help with gripping heavier dumbbells or cable machines and they also prevent premature grip fatigue so you can do that extra rep or three! I opted for the hot pink color because I am a very girly girl and absolutely love them! They are the same hot pink hue as advertised here and their durability, stitching, and quality are amazing. I admit I have never owned straps before so I don't have anything to compare these to but the Grizzly brand is reputable and used my many men at my own gym. I am very pleased with my purchase and never leave home without them on back/traps day. There isn't anything I would change or improve with these straps and when/if these wear out and I need to replace them, I will definitely go with these Grizzly straps again! Happy Lifting!

I work out five to six days a week. Most of my work involves dumbells and barbells. These straps are nice and simple, no pading, no frills, but they do their job well. They are wide enough and long enough to get a good grip on the weight. I don't do very heavy lifing but they have held up fine so far when used with 60lb dumbells and for 150lb overhead pull downs. I also like that you can get them in colors so I am not stuck with black like everyone else. For the price you can't go wrong.

Experienced lifters seem to use them a lot. I find them difficult to put on and wrap properly; the second one has to be manipulated with one hand, as the first one is already fastened to the bar. Bleh.

Good solid strap, nice and wide. Haven't broken in all the way yet so still a little stiff, however i imagine they'll be quite comfortable once they soften up.

Top grade heavy duty straps . This was my second pair. I gave the old ones to a friend and ordered these. The old ones had been through many 300-500 lb rows and deadlifts and were just broken in good. A tiny bit stiff until broken in. I am thinking that putting them in boiling water for a few minutes may soften them up if you need that. Try at your own risk. I'm fine breaking them in the hard way. High quality and long lasting.

These straps are very effective. I use them for numerous Oly lifts, and I also enjoy them for heavy cable pulls. I've put them through hell for the last year and they still look new. Hard to beat that quality, especially at this price. They aren't my most expensive straps, and right now they're my #1 go-to strap.My highest recommendation for someone who doesn't want to purchase custom straps geared towards serious power lifting.
