Not as grippy as some others I've had but it will do the job. I will just have to readjust them every time before wear. Works badly on suede or fabric insoles, better on smooth leather or man made insoles. And also on the size of the toe grip. But be aware that it will increase the height of the front of your foot ever so slightly, so if you have a very tight band across top of foot or a high instep, they will make the sandals feel very snug.

I was thrilled with this purchase at first but sadly as soon as I went outside with the cushions in they started to move and worked their way out of the flip flop. They rucked up under my food and were useless. I tried them in three different pairs of shoes. They have no sticking power, if they stuck where you put them they would be fine. Very disappointed..

I didn't like these at all. It felt like I had something in my shoe all the time because of the cushion bit. I think things like this really need to go over the whole of the inside of the sole otherwise they just feel funny even though they are soft.

I'm not sure about these, they move around when I wear them quite a lot. The only time I could have worn them I forgot them n managed quite well without! Also I'm not quite sure how these are supposed to work.

Good idea but they started to curl up a bit. I was trying to walk to accommodate them😀Maybe if I had walked normally and wasn't so aware of them then they would have been fine.

They were pretty good for a while and definitely helped stopped the new shoes from causing blisters, I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. There is one slight little issue when they been in shoes or flip flops for while they did lose there stickiness and one ripped, but apart from that they are great :)

My feet are now very comfortable and I can walk any distances I want without having to stop. Very good product.

The first time round, my order didn't arrive and the seller re-sent it. These silicone inserts were for my flip flops, but actually made them more uncomfortable, annoyingly one snagged and tore in half after a week. Can't really recommend, which is a shame as it seemed like such a good idea.
