I was pleasantly surprised when I opened my box to know off the bat I had over a months supply at taking three of the soft gels per day. I'm impressed that each capsule is 1200mg too. I was originally drawn to this Omega fish oil for a few reasons. Firstly, fact that it balances out the 3s, 6s and 9s for starters. Secondly, as already stated its potency at 1200mgs Give me more bang for my buck and delivers the nutrition I need for maximum bodily benefit.Omega-3 fatty acid (Alpha-linolenic acid) is an essential fatty acid that plays an important role in brain function and may help you fight against cardiovascular disease. I would have given 5 stars but it's not clearly evident on either the bottle or their website as to where the fish was obtained from in this day and age of fish farming and mercury in fish one must be very discerning about consuming this...

I've been taking an Omega vitamin for several years and was a little hesitant to switch up from my normal brand. I have to say-this brand is amazing! Information on the bottle is clear and easy to read / follow...pills are easy to swallow with a glass of water and no are taste or need to drink more to help get the pill down. I really like the fact that this is a combined omega supplement that contains all of the 3-6-9 levels vs having to take a few pills. Would recommend this product!
