Works perfectly as an all in one vision chart. Decreased our need for more color charts. Increases office convenience and efficiency.

Inaccurate chart
Blue light is focused more strongly than red light by the eye. A near-sighted kid viewing this chart from far away would be able to see a red letter more clearly than blue or green letter even if the letters are the same size and even if the kid is not color blind. You can't test color vision like this and having different colors on the chart makes the visual acuity you get less accurate. I would not recommend using this chart for anything other than decoration.
