We first came across this in the outback of Cambodia (Koh Ker). A friend had serious mosquito bites and this killed the itch and pain nicely. Apart from the fact that Siang doesn't[t sponsor theme parks (Tiger Balm gardens, etc.), the picture on the top of the salve container is worth the price of admission and should convince everyone that it's a serious medication. The main ingredients are camphor and menthol and are pretty standard for calming bug bites and itch from rash.

I initially found this balm at a small little pharmacy in Cambodia when I was living there and I was SOOOO HAPPY to find it on amazon, since my little container was coming to an end. I use this all the time for headaches. I get a couple headaches a week and this really helps if I put a little on my forehead and temples.

This product works great for back pain and sore muscles. It works better than anything else I've tried. It also arrived two weeks sooner than it was predicted to which was a nice plus!
