It has every recipe that you can imagine. All of them are healthy and tasty. I have tried a lot of them already and shared them with friends and family.

As Described

I haven't read this book but wanted people to realize that these are fake reviews. Most of them don't even sound like real people and 2 of them are exactly alike except one has a couple more sentences. I would be wary of buying a book with these sorts of reviews.

A great deal of plans that demonstrates my preferred starch sustenance. I truly love the manner in which this book has empowered me in my eating routine. I was truly surprised by seeing what number of basic proposals aggregated in such a short book. Maker finished a sensational action. I'll undoubtedly endorse this book to my friends and family. I truly value this book.

Not good. The negative is run on. No breaks between sentsences. I can't understand it. Plus read by someone with a very strong accent. Omg...NO ! I really tried but she speaks fast and robotic as well!

This could be a really great recipe book. There seems to be many recipes in here but unfortunately there are no pictures to refer to. Some might not care about this but we are visual creatures and I like to see a picture of thing thing I'm supposed to be recreating. I suspect that the lack of pictures might be due to finances and/or the fact that you can get many more recipes in there if you don't include them, but I would rather pictures. The recipes I have tried however, have turned out ok. I havent tried everything yet but those I have I 'think' turned out how they are supposed to. The other thing that is frustrating with this is that there doesn't seem to be much of an index. So it is quite difficut to find what you are looking for. If you can get past those things then it is a good little book that has a lot of recipes.
