I purchased these for myself and my bridesmaids for my wedding, and they didn't work out at all. They were falling off of my heel before I even went down the aisle, and then they got stuck in the grass during our cocktail hour. My groom had to get me out of the mud and get me to solid ground. I think my bridesmaids may have had better luck, but I'm not sure. Definitely didn't work well for me though. I'm wondering if it's because my heel tips were not symmetrical- they were longer than they were wide, so maybe that's why they didn't stay on. Who knows. I got these because they would fit a variety of heel sizes, but I wish I had gone with a different variety instead, or just worn flats.

I gave these it too my guests at my wedding for the gravel area if my wedding.PROS: Totally worked fine (was small gravel). Saved a lot of shoes. I think the bigger plus was that it made it easier to balance and walk on. Made pretty well for our needs.Cons: Not very attractive. I could see how there might be an issue if you are on grass with the heel going through. Not made to be in muddy grass .Over all, I an super pleased with these and was glad I got them for everyone. I would order these again for similar ground covering.

I originally got this product versus the heel protector that came in one size thinking the its shape would allow for good fitting on a variety of heel sizes. these came off almost immediately when my bridesmaids and I walked onto the soft ground. my sister however did purchase the one size caps for her wedding and they worked like a charm. never slipped once! if you plan on wearing heels in grass, this product would not be my first suggestion

I love these shoe gems. They were super cutie and kept my bridesmaids shoes in good condition but unfortunately if your heel is not skinny all the way up to the foot area then it won’t work. My heels did not work with these which was a bummer.

I bought these and the typical-styled heel protectors so I wouldn't sink during my outdoor wedding. When my heels kept slipping out of the typical-styled heel protectors (while my now husband and I were practicing our first dance in the living room for countless hours), I switched to the starlettos and never had the problem again. They saved my shoes and our wedding dance.

I wore these for my wedding, which was outside. They stayed on for most of the night, and easily popped back on when I popped one off by mistake. They hugged the heel of my shoe and kept it in good condition on a slightly muddy field.

They are a little funny looking-- so they were removed directly after the ceremony (on lawn)--but worked as advertised. They made a huge difference and walking down the aisle (grass) was much easier than in times past (I have been a bridesmaid in several grassy ceremonies over the years).
