I am very disappointed because they say no additives clean product. I bought powder to avoid pill additives and there you are, more silicon dioxide, this rises my blood pressure it should not be added to anything. Is too late to return as the package is not opened yet, but I ll speak to amazon see what they say. Ingredient Label undisclosed is in the back.

Man braucht sehr wenig davon, d.h. es hält wohl ewig.Ich finde den sauren Geschmack interessant, ein bischen wie Brausepulver.Mir ist jetzt nichts aufgefallen, dass sich geändert hat.Vermutlich können Menschen, die richtig krank sind deutlicher eine Veränderung spüren.Ich nehme es prophylaktisch.

Auf der Verpackung sind unzählige Warnhinweise vermerkt, dass man richtig Angst bekommt, es zu nehmen. Den Löffel findet man im Pulver nicht. Ich musste wühlen ohne Ende, bis er zum Vorschein kam. Deshalb 2 Sterne Abzug. Was das Mittel bringt weiß ich noch nicht. Ich habe es bestellt, weil ich in einem Buch einer Darmspezialistin gelesen habe, dass dies Cholin Bitartrat vom Darm benötigt wird. In einem Jahr weiß ich mehr, wenn ich den nächsten Test machen lasse.

This is my third time ordering this product. There is a noticeable difference in my sleep quality when I take it. Unfortunately, nothing yet has helped me regulate my strange sleep cycles. But at least this helps me to get deeper sleep and very vivid dreams, with less waking up in the night.
