Perfect for Bikram. I have 4 and wash them weekly with no sign of breakdown. Does not have grips, but seems to do just fine for me.

I use this with my yoga mat when I go to Bikram Yoga. Absorbs my sweat and I am able to maintain my grip and do not slip. Great yoga towel!

I practice hot yoga and this towel does not grip on to my mat. I tried getting it wet before practice, and that did not work either. Disappointed but I mean.. it was extremely cheap so.. Would rate it lower if it weren't so cheap.

I very much like using this mat towel for Biram yoga.

A little flimsy, but works well on top of my mat. Well worth the price.

The towel rubs on the skin and gave me blisters.

This towels slides on my mat. I cannot use it.
