The house I live got infested with cockroaches few months ago and I tried pest control treatments (including micro-fogging) which solved the problem for 4-6 weeks and then again cockroaches used to hatch from hidden places. Boric Acid treatments also failed.Neatmaster ultrasonic pest repeller bought from Amazon seems to be working very well, it is simple to operate, just plug-in and it starts to work.There are 3 modes for different level of infestation, Green, Blue (my current setting) and Red (will only recommend if everyone if outside of the home). It needs to be always ON for best results and power consumption is minimal to 3 Watts or less depending on MODE, which is like 20% of typical LED light.With over 2 weeks of use, number of roaches sighted have become none. Earlier I used to find roaches roaming in kitchen when lights were suddenly turned on, during the middle of the night.This eliminates the need of toxic fumigation and chemical sprays.

Plugged this into the outlet in my room after waking up the previous morning with a few bites. The next night I still got bites even with the thing plugged in, if not more than the night before. I thought maybe it was just coincidental so I tried again for two more days and just ended up getting so many more bites. I thought I was going crazy until I unplugged it and uncoincidentally.... I stopped getting bites.I read reviews saying that this device attracted mosquitos and bugs more than it repelled and didn't want to believe but now after buying it and using it for longer than I honestly should've I can truthfully attest that this piece of plastic junk does not work.I wish I could return this because now I just have this plastic alien looking thing sitting around my house with literally no purpose. So dissapointed.

I used to see the occasional bug in the kitchen when turning on the lights at night. I had a Bell & Howell device in the kitchen but the bugs were still there.Installed one of these in an adjacent room over a month ago and haven't see so much as a trace of bug.My theory is, the alternating tones are more effective than the constant tone.Does it work for sure? I don’t know but I haven't seen any bugs over the last month; so far, so good.

I was excited to say goodbye to all the cockroaches that’s been invading my house for past few months. First day of use, I only saw one cockroach so I thought it really was working (very delusional cause I really thought this would work). But then two three days passes by and it’s back to hell. Cockroaches back to what they were doing and this thing is just there chillin’ and sipping all my money. :////

I've had this product plugged in for 3 days and I still see bed bugs crawling around near it. After doing some research, I found that ultrasonic sound waves have NO AFFECT on bed bugs and this product is misleading and unfounded to claim that it does repel bed bugs. Bogus and a complete waste of my money.

Purchased because we had developed a roach problem. I tried everything with little results. This device has 3 settings; red-high, blue-med, and green-low. The high setting you can hear and is irritating. Don't have animals, so can't attest to the effect it may have on them, but if we can hear it at the red setting and it drives us nuts, safe bet it would do the same with pets. We keep it on the blue. Can't attest to mosquitos, rats or mice. But I have not seen a roach in the house within about a week of beginning to use it. We used to see about 1-2 every few nights (I know gross). Hasn't helped with ants. Don't see many spiders, but that wasn't a concern to begin with. My verdict - helpful if you have roaches and other things haven't worked. **Update - has begun to make a clicking noise.

It's beem 3 weeks since I placed this on my screened in porch. I haven't seen moths or mosquitos, or bees of any kind until today. I gave it 4 stars only because I don't know how long this will work. I got this mainly to try and address fleas thst have gotten in this area. Can't say that this has addressed those at all.

Bought for mice traffic in my garage. Its been plugged in for 6 days on highest red setting, and see no difference. In fact, mouse droppings have increased. Also, red setting should be heard, and there is no sound. Will give it more time, but disappointed a substantially higher priced repeller does not work.
