Feels wrong in my hand, Great looking blade ill have to return.
First the blade and build looked amazing and the blue steel was what I was looking for. Sadly feels wrong in my hands The firm edge on the top to side has a distinct edge and the handles felt small. The VG10 western handles don't feel this way they are rounded the whole way. I put then side by side an they are near the same length 1mm maybe. Sadly these appear to be the same on the speed steel knives which will be a no go for me. Versatile, Sharp, and Beautiful
This is my second Yoshihiro knife and counting! I love the length, the sharpness, the feel, and the beauty of this knife. It is so versatile and the longer blade allows for chopping bundles of leafy vegetables while smoothly slicing a cherry tomato. What a sound investment. Plus Yoshihiro’s customer service is outstanding!

Great knife! Holds it edge well and easy to sharpen. Use it everyday in the restaurant. Well balanced as well and comfortable grip!

Absolutely beautiful knife, I use this to carve black cod and it does the job amazingly!! I recommend getting an eraser to remove the rust or buildup, but if you maintain this knife it will last you a long time!

This os one of the most amazing knives I own, it is sharp, holds the edge, has the right weight and .... feels just right like an extension of your hand.

Great Knife, holds an edge well, all purpose knife. Ive butchered chickens, fish, and multiple cuts of beef, as well as a variety of root vegetables...Stays sharp after a variety of tasks

good quality handle and saya
Very sharp, good quality handle and saya. Texture on the blade is nice and I like the etched characters as well. Have been using it a lot and still very sharp.
