Sorry, but after putting this outside, it has fallen apart. Pieces are falling off, stairs collapsing, just not put together very well at all. And we have not experienced any major storms or anything. I did not hang it, just sat it on deck. I can't imagine what it would look like if I had hung it, blowing in the wind. Probably would be shattered to pieces. It's a shame, I thought it was really cute in the pictures, but very poor craftmanship.

This is a cute birdhouse. After receiving mine I hung it outside on a tree then 2 days later we had a wind and rain storm. The whole bottom of the birdhouse detached because it is only glued on! I had to bring it inside and put screws in the bottom -- that being said, it appears the remainder of this birdhouse is glued as well so we shall see how well it holds up.

This cute birdhouse was purchased as a gift for my mother-in-law and I direct shipped it to her down south. I was hoping she would love it and that everything looked just like the photograph. Well she absolutely loved dead and sent me a photo right away and then the next day she put it up out front! I just love it and so glad she does too! I have never seen a his and hers kind only one opening... and we'd love that it has one big opening inside.

The birdhouse is adorable but it came broken to the point that fixing it wouldn’t even help. This was a gift for my mother in law whom we will be seeing tomorrow and it’s very disheartening that we will not be able to give her this gift due to the fact that it will not hold up outdoors and because it is damaged.

This is a beautiful birdhouse, and my wife loved it. However, it is NOT for outdoors. The plywood is not exterior grade. We put it outside in late June and six weeks later the plywood was delaminating. My wife likes it enough that she has found a place for it in the house, and is trying to reglue the separating plywood. Very cute birdhouse, but not for outdoors.

Cute as any small birdhouse, decorative or for real bird use, but my question is why use harmful chemicals in someting made from wood and paint made for birds or even indoor use?

Nice Craftsmanship... it’s so cute, Beach House with netting and the boards under the house... it’s just made so good and so cute. We ended up putting mini gnomes all around it and made a gnome beach house out of it

This is a nostalgic item that brings back country memories. It is a charming little birdhouse that draws manycomments from friends. My purpose of purchasing this was for decor, but if a bird wants to make his home in here I would be thrilled.

Arrived early and was exactly as described/shown in the images.
