The taste I expect
I have always loved Marmite (yeast extract) and Vegemite (Australian yeast extract) but I need to reduce my salt intake - I never put salf on chips (French fries) now - and the Meridian Yeast Extract with no added salt is ideal. Others tell me it doesn't taste right without salt but it tastes fine to me.
