Turmeric Roots: Fresh Whole Organic Raw - 4 Lb. Lots Premium Quality by Fiji Fresh

These were fresh, not a single bad one (or parts bad) in the 4# bag, which I weighed to make sure I got what I ordered (I did). Juicing them, quality of the juice was the best I've ever had. Highly recommend.

Usually also poor choices of lmtd qual/lcl avlblty.Addendum: I use finely grated roots (10 g.'s of turmeric & 10 g.'s of ginger) in a tea ball infusion in my coffee, daily (xclnt for toxin removal; along with daily spirulina and chlorella tblts). Peeled/grated my first batch from these new roots, yesterday. I use the smallest roots first, since they usually go bad the quickest. Most still had silvery skin (fresh roots), though I did come across a couple of sm roots that were a little (acceptably) soft.First opportunity for taste test - passed, easily.I AM concerned to be able to use all the roots (at my slow rate) before they go bad. Am encouraged, though, by all the silvery-skinned roots in this 4 lb. batch. I had previously ordered a 5 lb. batch, months ago (same vendor, I think), and ended up tossing the last lb., or so, due to my slow rate of use. I only stumbled across a 2 lb. availability/offering AFTER this order had been placed (despite cnsdrble earlier searching for 1 or 2 lb. lots). Successfully cancelled the 2 x 2lb. order of ginger root, but was too late for this 4 lb. order of turmeric (so, re-instituted the 2 x 2 lb.'s of ginger root). AM encrg'd by all the silvery skin'd roots in this lot, though. Also appreciate the lge amnt of lrg roots; decreases peeling/trimming time/easier to grate/last longer.12/06/22: Next order - 60% lge/happy roots; 30% med/happy roots; 8% sm/happy roots; 2% roots smaller than my (largish) pinky. ALL ROOTS in this shipment were vibrantly fresh - not a single root or segment deserving being tossed out!! Now grating 4 lb. turmeric & 4 lb. ginger roots at the same time/single session; then freezing in 10/10 gm lots in little pill vials. Works great. No more losses! Happy camper!HIGHLY rcmnd'd!!!

High quality, super fresh.

Excellent turmeric. But I had to keep on top of them to get my product shipped. That being said, I would use them again. Worth the wait
